I had a steam box pop up asking if I wanted to download previous saved data or upload my Local data. I chose to upload my local data and all is now fine. I've also gone back and removed the x compatibility and all is still good. So maybe - downloading the original is not really necessary?

Application load error " and it end everything. I looked for a solution here, and people suggest to right click on the MassEffectlauncher and click on the compatibility, setting them as Windows XP Does anyone can help me please? I had the same problem so i navigate my way to the Mass Effect Folder and then can only find a document called appid, no folder called binaries - what should i do?
